Each dish has been carefully designed to pay tribute to culinary tradition,
reinterpreted with a contemporary perspective and made with seasonal products of the highest quality, under the direction of Chef Mario Sandoval.
A gastronomic journey that balances flavor, technique, and respect for the product.
The menu evolves throughout the year, adapting to the ingredients offered by each season, and proposes a succession of preparations
that allow you to enjoy the cuisine in its most expressive form.

The Lovers’ Menu is a gastronomic proposal designed to be shared,
where each dish accompanies the moment and leaves room for conversation.
The selection of seasonal products combines delicate and balanced flavors, with careful preparations
that respect tradition and reinterpret it with subtlety.
In an environment full of history, the Lovers’ Menu offers the ideal setting to celebrate
