Stew
A celebration of seasonal flavors and a tribute to tradition, made with quality, locally sourced ingredients.
Traditional Madrid stew with Pedrosillano chickpeas, collard greens and cabbage with potatoes and turned carrots from Jaral de la Mira.
Smoked Iberian black pudding and sausages from Asturias, veal meatball and Iberian pork with beef shank from Guadarrama, Iberian pork bacon, hen, and bone.
Served with spring onion and Navarra piparras
Includes water, a glass of wine or beer, and coffee.
