Mario Sandoval’s Oxtail Wednesday
At Haroma, the restaurant led by Mario Sandoval, we are reviving one of the great classics of our gastronomy: oxtail. A traditional recipe whose origins date back to the 19th century, reinterpreted with special emphasis on local produce and with the seal of the Madrid chef, National Gastronomy Award winner. This menu can also be enjoyed on our terrace located on the seventh floor of the hotel.
